Southpoint was built in 1974, and sits directly on the Atlantic Ocean Beach, and our 400 foot beautiful beach.
Residents are just a few feet away from our heated Olympic pool, which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. For a minor fee, residents can
have a private cabana on the beach.
