Election Violations
The DBPR's Bureau of Compliance investigated the Southpoint Board's handling of our March 8, 2006 election,
and found two (2) violations.
- They found a serious violation of our right to a secret ballot. This is a fundamental right in our democracy
that was violated by the Board.
- We call for the resignation of the Board of Directors.
The DBPR's Bureau of Compliance investigated Southpoint's President and Manager, Bob Rozema, and found two
(3) violations.
